Afternoon to self
I rarely get days to myself lately, but I did today.
Sitting in the middle of a bustling shopping mall square, I scoffed down prawn mayo baguette, mocha and brownies. I watched people going in and out of Next. I watched people saunter along rows of job agency booths. The rest of the people filled up the space in between.
I noticed,
a) I have no problems eating by myself
b) Ugly people can still have beautiful babies
c) Women with prams make up 90% of the mall population
d) Most of the prams where Mamas and Papas
e) He is starting to kick mummy, so that's what it feels like.
f) babie, babies, babies

Congrats!...u were missing for such a long time, but so was I. At least during on-calls, u've got a company now, play bounce-bounce with your baby, and have a chit chat :)

saw the news on TV just now about the big earthquake in UK yesterday...
...decided to revisit your blog to see if by any chance you posted news that you are safe and unharmed by the earthquake...
...no news posted by you, but pleasantly surprised to see there's now some recent post since you took it off line some months ago...
....even more pleasantly surprised to find that you are expecting. Congratulations! Your life has just changed in ways you have never imagined! But I hope you will enjoy your changed life as much as I enjoyed mine after my son was born.
Hope to hear that you and your soon to be bigger family are safe and well, you know where to IM me.
Ps- Pretty soon, you will wonder how is it that you were able to go through life all these years without the wonderful gift that is your child. I feel this way almost everytime I see my son asleep in his crib...*Siiiiighhhh*
